Is The Fresh Prince of Bel Air set to be the new David Attenborough? Will Smith’s role as the presenter of the forthcoming National Geographic series One Strange Rock certainly suggests that might be the case.

According to press reports One Strange Rock is a documentary series of ten episodes that tells the story of Earth and take viewers on an epic journey across the globe.

Despite the blurb sounding very similar to Attenborugh’s epic Planet Earth series, the production company claim the series will “reimagine factual programming”.

Strangely, at the show’s launch Will Smith was not present. See photo below.
Perhaps he has fallen out with the director Darren Aronofsky?
